We arrived safely in Anaheim on Thursday, stopping only once at Target (I have no idea where!!) for a coffee break. We saw more dolphins playing in the sea on the way - I feel totally honoured to see them. We have seen some other interesting birds and animals too - cormorants, pelicans flying home in the evenings, harbor seals on the beach, eagles soaring above us.
Gary and Edward have had a great time at BlizzCon, the convention run by Blizzard who wrote World of Warcraft. They are just finishing off with a concert this evening. I haven't been out much. I have been doing some work on my Knitting Chart Maker - very boring I know, but it's been good to spend some uninterrupted time on it.
On Thursday evening Gary and I went to Brea Mall. I needed a suit for all the interviews I hope to be attending in the near future. I got a really nice very basic black one in Nordstrom there - a skirt and jacket so wish me lots of luck that I will have lots of occasions to wear it! I was asked to go to an interview on Tuesday but of course I was away so had to decline. We are going to arrange another time for next week and it sounds like just my kind of thing so I hope it works out.
The week has gone really quickly, but has been great fun, after our dodgy start in San Jose, and we fly home tomorrow.
